Notes

A few baking tips.
1- A little tip, I don't use paper muffin liners as the gluten free muffins stick to the liner. A foil liner or just spraying the muffin pan with cooking spray works best.
2- Another tip if using frozen fruit make sure to thaw first before adding to the ingredients.
3- Tip number three, add fruit to the batter last and just fold the fruit in to the batter.
4- Not all oats are certified gluten free just a little tip.
5- Not all cooking sprays are gluten free it's best to read the label.
6- 1 Apple peeled, core, and chopped into small pieces, I used a Red Delicious Apple but any flavor will do.
