Thaw 2 gluten free pre-made pie crust for 15 to 20 minutes
Heat oven to 450 degrees
Once thawed remove one pie crust from the pie pan and place on a lightly flour surface, roll out the center and cut off the edges and sides leaving the circled area to the side.
Pour the canned apples into the other pie crust and sprinkle cinnamon over the top of the apples.
Next place the circle part of the pie crust on top of the apples, crimping the sides to the round pie crust.
With the leftover pie crust sides make leaves with a paring knife and place the leaves on top of the pie.
Then place the pie on a small baking sheet, using a basting brush, brush pie crust with melted butter or an egg wash, cover the sides of the pie crust with either foil or a pie crust edger.
Place baking sheet on the center rack of the oven, and bake at 450 for 30 minutes, at 20 minutes remove the pie crust edger, and or foil and continue to bake the last 10 minutes.
Once removed let the pie stand for 5 minutes then serve with vanilla ice cream, carmel drizzle, and a little whipping cream!
