How to make a quick & simple gluten-free apple pie
I have a great recipe for you today a quick and simple apple pie and it’s gluten-free! I needed another pie this past weekend but didn’t have much time. Usually, I make my gluten-free pie from scratch, but I didn’t have time so I made it much quicker and simpler.
My apple pie turned out delicious and was simple to make using a few pre-made ingredients!
I usually keep pre-made gluten-free pie crust in my freezer, so when I need it I have it. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to thaw. I always keep apples and canned apples in the pantry, just in case.
The other baking items I had on hand and a few quick ingredients helped to make this pie a favorite for dessert!
