A Fall Home Tour With Simple & Cozy Decor
Welcome back! I can’t wait to share my fall home tour with simple & cozy decor!
My fall home tour is a little late but I want to share it with you anyway! I created a cozy fall home with simple decor.
Fall is my favorite time to decorate my home, and I was craving a cozy season this year. We all caught a bug at the start of fall so it set me back a few weeks. I’m so happy I did get done! I kept my decor simple by using fall throws, candles, and adding some fall faux flowers!
Fall Home Tour With Simple & Cozy Decor
I always like to start my season decorating with the entrance of my home, the front porch. I kept it simple this year and added white and rust fall mums to the porch. Mums say the fall season is here! I added a few pumpkins to keep it simple and of course some fall ribbons and my porch looks like fall!
In my foyer, I added faux fall flowers and foliage to a cornucopia and placed it on my bureau. I also added a pumpkin candle that smells of vanilla and sweet pumpkin. I love how cozy the foyer looks and smells!
My home has a very open concept you can see the dining room and the great room from the foyer. So I always like to mingle the decor so it looks blended. In my dining room I placed a fall centerpiece in the middle of the table. I used my favorite dough bowl, remember I purchased it few years ago at a barn sale. I placed pumpkins, faux hydrangeas, real pinecones, faux magnolia leaves, pussy willows, and faux greenery in the dough bowl. It made a beautiful simple fall arrangement. I think it’s my favorite seasonal arrangement!
I always add a few seasonal items to my china cabinet by placing faux pumpkins, and faux fall florals in the cabinet. I also added some ribbons here and there, it adds so much to the decor?
Other Areas Of My Home That I Added Simple And Cozy Fall Decor
The other area’s of my home that I added simple cozy fall decor was In the great room. My fireplace is in the middle of the room, and the focal point. I placed three ivory pumpkins on the center of the mantel and added faux fall flowers and real pinecones to the arrangement. The pinecones I had gotten from a large pinecone tree we had cut down a few years ago. I was able to save many of the pinecones and now I use them with my seasonal decor.
I also placed a faux fall floral arrangement on the coffee table and added a few other flower arrangements around the room. Using flowers in my home when decorating makes me happy and I think the flowers cozy up a room, making it feel more comfortable.
The kitchen received some simple fall decor touches too! I added a fall floral arrangement to the dining table, an arrangement that was made last year. I also added fall kitchen towels and some pumpkins here and there.
Our bedrooms are not forgotten when I decorate for the seasons. I do keep it simpler in our bedrooms, but I like to create a cozy feeling. I do this by adding fall bedding items, such as ivory or beige linens, faux fur throws, fall color pillows or faux flowers.
There are so many simple and cozy ways to add a touch of the fall season to your home! I really like to change the throw blankets, pillows, candles and faux florals for each of the seasons. All these touches give my home a cozy seasonal feel!
Adding simple fall wreaths, candles, fall pillows, faux fur and changing out a few items will give you that cozy fall seasonal decor!
Happy Fall!!!!
Blessings for a beautiful season!
